Here is my discussion with parenting coach and school psychologist, Amy Patenaude from Psyched2Parent.com

The talk took place in the free toddler sleep training Facebook group, Stop the Madness! The Ultimate Sleep Group for Toddlers & Preschoolers.

A BIG thanks to Amy. There are such great tips in this video, y'all!

--> how to set up a POSITIVE time out space

--> why moms need time outs, too!

--> what our kids meltdown are telling us

--> how taking time for ourselves helps us as parents

--> secret nuggets of time where we could be making better mental health choices

Oh - it's so good!!!

Enjoy!

The visual style of Football BrosĀ adds to its charm. Bright colors, dynamic animations, and lively characters create an energetic atmosphere that keeps you immersed. Every movement feels exaggerated in the best way, enhancing both gameplay and entertainment.
